Heritage Money Market Fund
The AAAm-rated Heritage Cash Trust — Money Market Fund only invests in “top top tier” securities (those rated A-1+ by Standard & Poor’s, its highest rating, or the equivalent) and “top tier” securities (those rated A-1 by Standard & Poor’s, or the equivalent). Investments are selected from an approved list of securities determined by the Fund Prospectus, Statement of Additional Information and strict regulatory limits, and reviewed periodically by the Heritage Cash Trust Credit Committee. At least 50 percent of assets held are required to be “top top tier.” The Fund’s average weighted maturity is limited to 60 days.
